Bildspec’s professionals offer a comprehensive handover to the end-user at no extra cost to our customers. We provide detailed maintenance instructions and offer quick and efficient after-sales service, repair, and general support and advice.

Bildspec offers quarterly, six-monthly, and annual servicing depending on your needs and budget. We also offer a Preventative Maintenance Agreement (PMA) for a specific term based on set pricing and pre-scheduled service dates.


Preventative Maintenance Agreements


Bildspec provides not only emergency or reactive service calls but also planned servicing for your operable walls and acoustic sliders. Our PMAs are individually designed to suit the needs of your particular product and its frequency of use.


Upon taking out a PMA with Bildspec, a schedule is prepared detailing all the operable walls and sliders at each particular location. Each product is allocated an Item File, which includes product particulars, frequency of use, technician reports and checklists, and a history of damage, replaced parts, and any issues.


As servicing progresses, we maintain a clear product history, ensuring fast response times when spare parts are needed.


If our service technicians discover impact damage or signs of abuse, we will provide a written report detailing the damage and a written quotation for repair costs, sent to a nominated person in your organisation.
